What you will do

Your job as a E-bike rider will see you delivering groceries over short distances across Inner Sydney. VOLY has carefully calculated delivery zones based on our 15 minute promise to aim for higher standards of rider safety and utmost customer satisfaction.

Let's break it down;

• Deliver groceries from our stores via e-bike.
• Work closely as a team to meet the 15 minute delivery window.
• Be a friendly face of our brand for our customers. Offer customer service in a flash.
• Help us grow the business and brand. Help out with marketing activities from time to time.
• Help support store operations as required, this could include pick packing, stock take & other ad-hoc tasks.

Where we are

Right now we are opening micro-fulfilment centres (stores) in local neighbourhoods across Inner Sydney. We need staff to work in these stores right now. We are also on the lookout for future stores which are opening in the next few weeks.

What we need from you

• Confident bike riding ability is preferred but not required. We train you!
• Must not have any barrier to riding a bike safely
• Transferable skills from Retail / Customer Service/ Hospitality / Driver / Rider/ Courier a plus but not essential. We train you.
• You will have a smartphone ability to track jobs via an app

Key Details

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual and we work around you

Salary: $25.00 – $38.00 per hour
