We are happy to report that VOLY is COVID safe and compliant with all government regulations. We provide contactless delivery and all staff members follow all COVID protocols.
At VOLY, we’re revolutionising the grocery game. We deliver what you want, when you need it… delivered to your door literally in minutes. It’s that simple. You can browse and order groceries & alcohol through our app, available on iOS and Android. Simply choose the products you would like, proceed to payment options and place your order. Once we receive your order, we will pack it carefully and one of our speedy e-bike riders will bring it to your door. You can track our progress via driver-tracking sent in SMS updates.
You should receive SMS updates as your delivery leaves the store with a GPS tracking link.
That’s expected behaviour! We’re working on streamlining our processes and notifcations but in the meantime you may recieve SMS updates from “VOLY” and our order management system. Keep an eye on the tracking link sent from VOLY for updates on your order.
A delivery fee of $2.99 applies to all orders.
Yes. There is a minimum order of $20.
We often send various Marketing Promotions to customers, so T&Cs can vary. All Marketing Promotions will state minimum spend (if applicable), while all discounts have maximum spend of $250 (or up to $125 of discount). Unless specified otherwise, all codes are one time use per customer. All discount codes are available for limited time only, so use them promptly! If you have an issue with a discount code used, contact support@getvoly.com.
Yes, anyone can receive an online delivery as long as there are no restricted items such as tobacco products, alcohol or other age-restricted goods included. In these circumstances, proof of ID will be asked for.
That’s not the experience aim for! Please contact our team via the form at the top of this page or at support@getvoly.com including a description of the item in question and order number and we’ll look into this for you.
Our riders will always try to contact you if there’s an issue once they reach your delivery address. Please check your phone during the delivery time for any updates. If we can’t contact you and are unable to deliver the order, our riders will leave your order in a safe place or return it to our shop. In this event, you’ll still be charged for your order. To prevent this from happening, it’s always a good idea to double-check your contact and address details.
We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our products and/or service. If you could please write to support@getvoly.com outlining which products you would like a refund for and why we would be pleased to look into this for you.
At VOLY, we strive to make VOLY your one stop shop for all your grocery needs. If you would like to suggest a product to add to our store, please write to us at support@getvoly.com.
Whether you tip or not is completely up to you. Any tip you do provide goes directly to your VOLY rider. Note that VOLY riders are employed directly by VOLY and are not reliant on independent contractor models.
Currently, click and collect is not a feature we offer, however this is something we want to launch soon.
Not just yet! Our mission is to deliver groceries faster than a trip to the grocery store. Scheduling orders is something we’ll look to launch in the future.

Our mission is to deliver groceries & alcohol in minutes, this means to ensure customer satisfaction, we currently do not deliver to your area. Fear not! We intend to expand across Sydney and Australia almost as fast as our deliveries arrive at your door.

At VOLY we’re proudly environmentally friendly. To reduce our carbon footprint, groceries are packed in paper bags and our delivery riders are powered by electric bikes (and a tonne of chocolates and lollies!).
